Two Echo houses for sale may be offered here on the community website. However, if the seller first contacts those on record as interested, a sale may be concluded without a website offering.
The community consists of 27 households. Ten houses are currently owned by their original builders and two houses are owner-renter duplexes. There have been 21 house re-sales since 2002.
